We love the chic and bourgeois atmosphere of this former 17th century chapel overlooking the baou vençois. Bruno Seillery provides classic cuisine with just the right cooking, like a metronome, sometimes borrowing Asian flavors to mark the difference. A first discovery menu at €39 shows the know-how: Thai gilthead sea bream tartare, lamb shank confit with honey, mashed butternut squash, Catalan crème brûlée, mandarin sorbet. Menu with great flights, good offer of wines by the glass from a well-balanced cellar. Charming welcome from Alla, the chef's wife.
